Interior Fit Out Company with over 35 years of experience
Established in 1988 by Nicholas and Brenda Bates in our original name of Building Tecnics, our company was started as a deviation from traditional construction. Nicholas saw an emerging market in interior refurbishment that had the benefit of not being weather dependant. The company was founded on principles of first class service and adherence to all legislative conformance, an ethos carried through to today. Our former MD Ian Laishley joined the company in 1996 and saw the company through many forward thinking changes shaping it to the dynamic and successful operation in place today. Our current Directors Jon Flood and Mandy Phelps joined in 2001 and 2009 respectively and acquired the shareholding of Hexley Ltd in 2022.
